With extensive experience in acquisition program management, project management, and product development, Ms. Citizen has focused most of her career serving the federal government. Utilizing the key tenets of program and project management, Ms. Citizen has led the development of program management offices (PMOs) focusing on sustainable and repeatable processes that promote efficiency and increased revenue. While maintaining focus on delivering programs on time and within budget, Ms. Citizen effectively managed a program comprised of 23 projects valued at over $650M. Ms. Citizen is dedicated to providing performance-based value to clients while creating efficiencies and cost synergies utilizing industry standard best practices and methodologies.
