Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) Services

Applied Development offers CART Transcription services for Deaf, Deafblind, or hard of hearing people who may need transcription services in place of a sign language interpreter and as well as for people with cognitive, learning, or developmental disabilities. Also known as “real-time transcription,” the service translates spoken English into text.
