Applied Development’s Reader Services offer clients the ability to provide employees with low or limited vision equal access to written documents. Our highly-qualified and professional Reader acts as the eyes for the employee. The Reader provides full or part-time assistance for a variety of tasks in the workplace, including online training, document review, email, reports and forms, attendance at meetings, and other miscellaneous reading required by the employee. When a limited or low-vision employee only has written documents whether online or in print, our team member assists the employee to read the materials.
Applied Development currently provides Non-Technical Reader Service for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Risk Management Agency (RMA). In their performance review, they said that the Reader we provided their employee was “outstanding.”
