Applied Development Named to Annual Vet100 List

We’re honored to announce that Applied Development has been named to the annual Vet100 list. This list is a compilation of the nation’s fastest growing veteran-owned businesses.

What This Recognition Means

Originally, theVet50 list was born out of the iconic Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies based in the U.S. However, this year’s list expanded to include 100 veteran-owned businesses in acknowledgement of the growing culture and success of veteran entrepreneurs. Both the Vet100 list and the Inc5000 list are considered hallmarks of entrepreneurial success.

This ranking was created in partnership with Inc. magazine and Syracuse University’s Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF).

On winning the award, CEO Kimberly Citizen said, “The IVMF does remarkable work for the Veteran community. They provide career training, community service, higher education, and entrepreneurship programs to Vets and their families, which is one of the reasons this award means so much to us.

The Applied Development team is strongly committed to giving back and community service. Moreover, the Veteran community is very near and dear to my heart.” .

Vet100 Reception

The Vet100 list will be announced on Saturday, March 7, 2020 in Dallas, TX, at the Vet100 Awards dinner during IVMF’s Veteran EDGE national conference (March 5 – 8, 2020). EDGE is the first-of-its-kind coalition of large companies supporting the success of veteran-owned businesses, connecting them with entrepreneurial education, training, resources, and networking opportunities.

As a veteran-owned, woman-owned, minority-owned business, we couldn’t be prouder to be selected as a recipient for this years’ award. It shows the hard work and dedication that our employees consistently show to our clients – as well as towards diversability and inclusion.

We will be attending the conference/ceremony to receive this esteemed award and are excited to continue growing and seeing what the future has in store.
