The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) awarded Applied Development, LLC a place on the $25 billion Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) contract. The VA selected Applied Development for VA VECTOR over hundreds of other firms. Successful bidders, including Applied Development, comprise a select group of companies providing professional, administrative, and general management support services to the VA.

VA VECTOR is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. So, contractors compete for task orders across five categories. Applied Development was awarded the contract to deliver training and analysis services. VAÂ VECTOR has a five-year base period with five option years.
