Happy Women’s History Month! As a woman-owned business in the Baltimore area, we are always looking for other women-owned businesses to support. Creating a community of like-minded, strong women-owned businesses allows us to hold each other up and continue growing.

Below are four of the top women-owned businesses in Baltimore to watch and work with!

These companies are our two Connect the Community picks. Through their digital marketing and technology services, respectively, the two companies help bring the community together and improve businesses’ abilities to communicate with customers and clients.

Nyla also participates in a variety of philanthropic efforts, both national and in the local community. As a Computer Science Major, Shana is particularly passionate about helping other women join the field, which is why she is an ardent supporter of Girls Who Code, an organization promoting computer science to girls and young women.

Delight the Customer Picks

These two companies do a fantastic job of delivering on the scope of projects and delighting their clients!

Civility Management Consulting

Laurie Sayles is a veteran of the US Marines whose personal favorite quote from her time in the military is, “If trucks don’t move, guns don’t shoot, and tents have holes in them … Marines cannot function efficiently.” She brought this mentality into the founding of Civility Management Consulting

The company also donates to veterans, women in need, and the diversability (diverse ability) community through their Community Service project, Recognize, Repair, Repeat.
